In Social Studies 4 Class, students participated in some hands on activities. They made clay tipis, mixed up some pemmican and got a look at a real beaver felt hat!

A Molasses Treat!
Grade 4 students learn that at the Lac La Biche Mission School at the time of early settlement a real treat was molasses on a piece of bread. By the expressions you can see that not everyone in Grade 4 felt that this was a treat. Our principal even got in on the taste test.
