Pysanka

The Grade 4 Class experienced making Ukrainian Eggs (Pysanky) using traditional techniques and tools.  Thank you to all the parents and grandparents who volunteered to help us out with this special Easter activity.  Happy Easter Everyone!

A Parade of Pigs!

The Grade 5 Class continued in our Art unit of "Form".  They explored the medium of clay to create these Clay Piggy Banks.  The projects were fired with a glaze to create the glassy shine.  Great Work Grade 5s.

In Social Studies 4 Class, students participated in some hands on activities.  They made clay tipis, mixed up some pemmican and got a look at a real beaver felt hat!
