Making La Tire

After learning about the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Lowland Region, students enjoyed making Maple Syrup Taffy (La Tire).  Maple syrup is one of the products made from the resources in this region.

Zentangle Pumpkins

The Grade 5s did an amazing job of creating pumpkin compositions using realism and zentangle patterns.  The art was done on water color paper using permanent markers and water color pencils.  I'm very proud of my art class's work!!
